we are blessed here at ghisallo with the occasional presence of the great hockey goon, basil mcrae. now i don't know much about hockey, but from what i hear and read, he was one bad dude.
these days, he's training for his first marathon, and hopes to be able to do it in 3:30 or so. quite a departure from taking off heads on the ice, eh?
