the boys and i took the beautiful mrs k to aya sophia for mother's day brunch. it was nice enough to sit out on the patio. and it was nice enough for eli's construction crew to join us. eli had a stack of pancakes as big as a car battery.

i don't believe my head looks this odd in real life. i had the best eggs benedict i've ever had. yum, yum, yum!
and a little "arrrrr, matey!" to go with the brunch.
