perusing the $100 store yesterday looking for halloween decorations, i ran across this gem. if my counting is correct, there are 60 spokes, in 6 groups of 10. wow. how have so many bikes done so well all this time with half that many? how did we get along without all those spokes??

had to true one of those monstrosities the other day. look at how those spokes are laid out, not alternating, but side by side. leaves no room to get a spoke wrench in there, let alone turn it.
pacific, you have completely ruined the schwinn brand. shame on you!
