HTFU power challenge is tomorrow. i'm nervous because i don't want to throw up in front of people. i'm pretty sure of what i'm going to do, power wise, simply because i have a power meter. but there's always that little bird in your ear that says...do you REALLY want to let customers see you puke??ah, well. personal best. that's my motto from this point forth, road, mountain, or even on the trainer. just gotta do MY best, and i can laugh and joke about it later.
