make no mistake

although this photo may be cool and make me look like i'm going fast (Action Images has a way of making people look good!) i most certainly am not. this was probably a worse race than faust.

i only hope that more rest and a better diet can bring back my threshhold. as it is, i have none.

and, what do you think of the jacket? i was still FREEZING!
