Falcon XR8 Holden (GM Austraillia) and FOA (Ford of Austraillia) still have versions of what we 'mericans know as El Camino's and Ranchero's. If only ours had been this good. They feature luxury interiors much like the high end sedans, and rugged exteriors and short pick-up like beds.
....ok, maybe i do like 'em.
